It's like $30 for another 8 GB stick you peasants, this is not a dealbreaker stop complaining about it on every laptop post. 4x2 GB RAM is actually worse because instead of reusing one stick you have to throw both out, luckily this has 8x1. The CPU is fine but I would wait for it to hit $650 since the 11th gen Intel and 3050 TI has been only $50 more in the past.

Then you won't get a gaming laptop under $750. No budget laptops have 2K screens, the lowest you'll get for a 1440p screen is on a regular laptop at $750 or a gaming laptop at $1000+, maybe you'll get lucky on a used laptop but not a new one.

Their strike through prices are very, very overinflated. On its own merits, this is a decent price.

I believe that is wrong. Call again. If the rep is unable to confirm deal (and add that confirmation to your account notes so it can be referred back to latter when credit should be given) give them a sincere thanks and warmly say you would like to speak to a supervisor. An exception or workaround sometimes requires escalation to the next customer care level. I'm very happy as an Amex customer and trust they will do right by you Smilie Let us know how it goes.

thanks for the msj, but I´m too lazy to spend another stressful long call arguing with dell about an offer that they could it just added to everyone. I´ll use the chase 5% cash back since I´m afraid this got sold out soon

The cash back ($120) is to the American Express Card, BY the American Express Card. If they do not receive confirmation of the sales, forward derails to AMEX. I understand. The amount t saved can become the law of omminishing returns if one has to embark on irritating phone calls.

I've got it on a Amex blue cash card. They're YMMV as far as I've seen and I don't now how they decide whos targeted.
