Can confirm for Premier. I ordered the Windows download and received links for both versions. The Product Key that Newegg emailed activated on my Mac.

Does the Turbo Deluxe include the state with the $34.99 price? Asking as after i imported my working version of the return, it prompts me at the end of filing the return for additional $25 for state...?! thought the $34.99 included state.

I misssed the end of the year deals, waiting for something better, but they never came back, so this sounded okay..

I just tried to buy Deluxe, without the state, but the code did not work on that version (both physical disk, and download), at least for me.

It includes the software to calculate ONE state (if you need more, there is an additional charge). It does NOT include free state efiling…… there is a charge to state efile (FED is free)…. for free you have to print the state & mail it in.
