These are a great faucet for the money. We bought one when it was sold under the Bio Bidet brand years ago. (Still the same faucet from the same company, they just changed the branding because who wants to buy a faucet branded "Bidet".)

I installed Energizer Lithium batteries and they have lasted three years now with heavy use. They are not hard to change but I was hoping to still delay it as long as possible.

The valve on ours failed and the company was willing to send us a replacement with little hassle. At the time it failed it was at the end of the 3-year warranty. The Home Depot site shows a 5-year warranty which is quite good considering they honor it.

The only problem is if I go somewhere and try to use the kitchen faucet, I'm trained on this one so I just end up waving my hand at it like and idiot.

Put a couple of brand name alkaline batteries - I've been running mine for years. Your rechargeable could be old and why you need to keep replacing them. The whole point of this thing is the motion activation.

Got some years ago. Had an issue with a slow leak by the handle and they sent me the replacement part right away.

Got a second one for a family members a couple of years ago and working great there too. Both times at this price.

Oh, and the batteries last. I'm still on my original set and keep forgetting to change them. Hopefully tonight I'll do it.

I can also vouch for the flow motion faucet. Bought two at this price 2 years ago and have only changed the batteries one time. I had an issue with the water not turning on automatically after pulling the head down. Bio bidet sent me new one at no cost easily.

Good upgrade. Battery lasts 2+ years. Only complaint with my unit - flow control is a challenge. Lot of play between open and shut; once open, little play between trickle and Max flow.

Rechargable batteries are 1.2v instead of 1.5v so they're the reason it stops working -20% power even if they're fully charged you are only giving it 4.8v (1.2x4). it wants 6v(1.5x4) to run properly.

Same here. I installed mine in 2018. Works great. Other sinks without the touchless sensor unfortunately require use of the handle!

I installed mine about this time of year back in 2018. I'm still on the original set of batteries. I've heard all sorts of stories from "Batteries last mere months" to "Batteries last forever."

I'm using regular old Duracell Alkalines, for reference.

Great units. LSS bought one, installed and worked like a champ for years. Batteries last forever - might have changed them once. Never had issues with the water turning on randomly, but I was careful in positioning of the sensor. If you get the sensor wet sometimes it won't turn on/off, just wipe it dry.

Bought a new home a month ago and all DW and I keep mentioning is how the kitchen faucet, although Moen, has such low flow compared to the Flow one in the old house (and the issue is the faucet, not the lines or general water pressure). Kept telling her that these go on sale a couple times a year, I didn't have to wait too long! The new house is oiled bronze so that specific finish is $140, but it's better than north of $200!

The IL's hate the motion sensors - but they're old and just can't wrap their heads around it even though they spend a fair amount of time at our place.

Mine worked great for almost a year then the unit began to stop working. Changed batteries and it would work for a bit then stop. Contacted support and tried unplugging the power connector which would make it work for a while. They sent a new power pack for the batteries and worked a while then the motion sensor stopped responding. Each time the company responded but at the end they wanted to charge me for a new unit, send the old one in then they would refund. At that point I decided to just use the handle for water on/off
