I paid for Disney+ back in 2019 during their buy 3 years now for like 50-75% off (can't remember the exact savings).
I have Hulu with no ads and I also see this $2.99/month promo. My current D+ plan ends in November. If I sign up for this promo now will they start charging me $2.99 now or will it start in November when my current plan ends?
Or is this best asked to a CSR from D+?

FYI, the one promo you CAN add is a second-company "get disney+ on us" promo, like Verizon sometimes gives. Basically, they pause billing your account and resume it when the promo is over. I also bought the 3 years for $140 D+ intro deal and ended up getting an additional year through FiOS.
But 3 bucks a month until November when I will be canceling HULU comes to 24 bucks.
Meanwhile, I could just pay 8 bucks twice a year and binge all the new content for 16 bucks.

Hi Chris! Thanks for hanging in there. I was able to check the recent update. Based on my resources, there is no expiration of this, unlike other promotions. Technically as long as your account is active, you'll have it at that price.

Also, for future reference, any service that makes it impossible to cancel, please try to update the payment method to a virtual or prepaid or privacy.com visa/ Mastercard with balance lower than the upcoming charge.
Ideally, that's how subscriptions should be started.
Nope, they thought of that and required a bank account. I was assured the service was cancelled several times by representatives, only to keep getting charged for multiple months after the "free" trial ran out. The prepaid CC method you mentioned is very good though, when possible.
After this terrible experience, I intend to spread the word about it.
