I guess the rest of us, or already using our SSN for a consumer TMO account will have to get an EIN from the IRS or have spouse open business account.

edit: some people claim if you have a tmobile account with ssn already it is ymmv to get this business line with same ssn (in place of ein)
you can also get samsung a7 lite tablet for free (after bill credits for 2 years)
You can also just apply for a separate EIN. I have one for my "business" that doesn't really do much at all, maybe 200 bucks a year on Facebook eBay etc.
