Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it

Not on the "free" tablet, lol. In all seriousness, don't choose the plan with TE in the title as that one is tax exclusive (you have 2 choices)

I created an account on consumer site instead of the business and that shows them differently. My account was setup as a new account using my SSN, so it may make a difference, if you added the lines to your existing business account that is.

Yeah, I created my account with an EIN so I can't create a login on the consumer website, only the business website.

It is 2022. How can a communications company website be THAT bad?
It is horrible...like they are just starting business accounts.
I can't use the app bc I have a business account via EIN, but the webpage shows me that 11GB was used so far this month. I just placed the SIM in my TMOHS1 last week as my test drive ended.
I will have to wait until next month to know for sure if there is throttling.​.. or get to 22GB before the end of this period and run a speedtest.

I created my account with an EIN and I could log in to the app to check my usage, however usage only shows up about half the time, other times screen is just blank.

Weird…I can't use the app at all - it just gives me a "Something went wrong" error and won't let me log in or view anything.

I agree. App doesn't allow me to check ANYTHING. Need to go to web browser for detail information. Still can't see specific Hotspot data usage / status whether HDPass was added or not.

You won't be able to see whether HDPass is added on your account or not. I had contacted a rep via T-Mobile Business on Twitter to add it to my account. She checked and said my account already has it and that it only shows up on the backend. Rep said I wouldn't be able to see that it's active on my end.

I purchased a TM-RTL0102 for $50 on eBay and it's pulling all data as on device natively. Pretty sweet deal for a plug and play Cat12 option for this deal.

That's really interesting. Does anyone have any idea if that is what would happen with a T-Mobile 5G gateway as well?

Cat12 is old modem and no 5G NR on there kind of a joke even at $50. Just saying…

That's an old gateway, the trashcan 5g has 2 revisions... also have you confirmed there is no throttling after 10GB hotspot viz a viz is it recognizing it as a Data device or not? Can you update imei and or do TTL change on it?
