Just an FYI if you're just getting this for the "free" tablet. The tablet is a Galaxy A7 lite which only costs $200 ($129 on Amazon)

They will still lock you to a 2 year EIP even if it's free (They'll make a monthly credit to cover the tablet EIP)

Meaning you'd end up paying $10 for 2 years ($240) for a $129 tablet.

So if you're only doing it for the tablet then it's not worth it

If you get 6.9 Mbps on fast.com (on any browser including on android), it means you have the hd pass added to your account.

So now try installing the app called "1.1.1.1" should be in the play store. You have to allow it to set up as a "VPN" on your phone. Once you connect though, it should give you a faster speed on fast.com speed test. That means apps like HBO GO/Hulu/Youtube won't be restricted to the normal 6-7mbps limit. So what's the easiest way to get home internet from this? Tethering from phone? Buy a special router?

I'm trying to avoid flashing, but if that's the easiest way, then I could do it.

I just need the proper router I guess
