What do you mean? This is a Ryzen 7 5800. This is on par or beats the intel 11th gen 1195g7.

Ryzen 7 has better performance than the 11th gen Core i7s. The 12th gen ones are better than the 11th gen, but I would stick with AMD for this cycle of CPUs.

I recently bought my wife a Dell with the Ryzen 7 5800U and it's quite impressive how fast her laptop is.

I'm looking to upgrade my laptop, which is a backup machine for my business. I'm only looking at Ryzen 7 laptops. This HP looks solid for the $, plus I love COSTCO.

Pavillion Aero is 16;10 and 2.2 lbs using a magnesium shell vs this 16:9 and 2.88 lbs.

My college bound teen has this for a doc and note taker, more efficient CPU lightweight, bright 400 NITS for outdoor capable, doesn't care for touchscreen. Aero 13 meets all that.

Can someone recommend the easiest way to run this to my monitor via display port? Most of the USB-C docking stations on Amazon have an HDMI input only. I need something with display port and a card reader, ideally.
