I second that. Currently having 3 lines with them. Without support (issue going on now), you may get stuck with a phone/plan without connection. Wait until RP resolve the issue.
Proof of "cherry picking". Individual users cut down or off of what you paid for.
They do not feel the need to provide the service you paid for.

I do not think of the main carriers as if better than NVMO's. I have learned they are the very same monopoly and they act like it.

There's nothing like making your customer a "priority"; by de-priortizing them "for the protection of other users". Lie! Just test it. Ask WHICH plan the abused customers were on FIRST. Higher or low. "2G" when out or not? Ask them how it goes. Their are many others on Slick deals alone. Read. Even though we get criticized. LiSTEN: We have entered a stage where it is UNWISE to pay anything "upfront", not even for 3 months; BECAUSE we have seen actual lying ratted out and NOT holding to promises. Is that clear enough? And please again listen; then there is no good recourse.
What RP does is start with low use plans; where you're not using hardly any Data anyway. And if you do not have unlimited calling, and they don't on those, then you can't afford to call in and wait for hours. You will need another phone.
So what you hear in these comment sometime is actually not users/buyers, but shill and even low use users. That may be fine for low users; but does NOT get into the trap of higher data plans I have exposed.
Without my pointing these out then it is not easy to search through the REAL reviews and discover what you need to know, BEFORE buying. And yes we must verify everything. So verify! These issues have changed for the worst. If you are to busy to read up you will fall. This years reviews. And I'm sure you are aware of increasing fake reviews. Use reputable sites and I have posted links to other sources.
