right now that is not a bad deal, last year even December would be terrible
I wasn't impressed with musclemilk years ago when I tried it, I think it didn't instatize well at all but I am sure by now they've completely changed suppliers and formula
the ingredients and profile is not horrible, classic supermarket whey profile (maybe spiked with soy, hard to tell)
