Just watch out for the maltodextrin they add to this brand that most other whey does not have. Spikes blood sugar levels.
The flavor is meh

3g carbs per serving.
It's only about 20-30 calories more than a pure isolate with the same amount of grams so maybe only a few extra carbs, definitely not 26g
However they use maltodextrin as a really nasty trick in the industry, it allows them to exclude the added calories under "added sugars" because the FDA for some insane reason allows maltodextrin to not be counted as a sugar even though it has a Glycemic Index higher than table sugar
For athletes this is fine, maltodextrin is in many "endurance gels" already.
Given the price of whey these days I guess it's acceptable, we're never ever again going to see myprotein isolate for $26 maybe not even concentrate so if Pepsi can keep the price down, whatever it takes to get by.

Maltodextrin is a corn derivative. I used to make cheese. Whey has very little protein in it and mostly carbs. I wonder how they get so much protein out of it and so little carbs.
