And that's not all.
I drank casein protein once and have turned into a centaur.
I am half horse and half man.
Unfortunately my face and neck is a horse, and the lower part is human.
So I am a horse that is hung like a man.
Thank you very much, casein protein!!!
I did. It doesn't. Casein is the main protein in ALL mammalian milk, including humans.
The American Cancer Society has this to say: "Some research has linked diets high in calcium and dairy products to a lower risk of colorectal cancer, and possibly breast cancer as well. However, some studies have also suggested that calcium and dairy products might increase prostate cancer risk. Because the intake of dairy foods may lower the risk of some cancers and possibly increase the risk of others, the ACS does not make specific recommendations on dairy food consumption for cancer prevention." They go on to say: "The current evidence that dairy products can protect against cancer or increase the risk of cancer is not conclusive. Cancer Council supports that the proven health benefits of dairy foods outweigh the unproven harms."
Those studies that have reported links to higher cancer rates are generally not robust and I found no legit cancer or medical groups that do consider any dairy to be even a likely carcinogen. There does seem to be some evidence that some certain cancer risks are elevated from high calcium diets but current research is insufficient and unconclusive. Furthermore, this product does NOT contain casein to begin with.
I bought chocolate last time this was on sale. Worst tasting protein powder I've had in a long time. Tastes nothing like the RTD versions you find in the store/gas stations
reviews say the vanilla one tastes pretty bad.
anyone else have xp with vanilla?
I bought some of the vanilla for my son a few months back. He has never had a problem using protein before and is constantly using up every bit he has. He has made two shakes with it and hasn't touched it since. Says it is terrible. Nobody else in the family uses whey, so it is just going to end up being wasted.

My experience is with the chocolate powder, but I bought a smaller plastic jar of it a few months ago and really liked it. I bought the big bag like this one (except it's chocolate) a few weeks ago, and I hate it. It's got something in it that will not dissolve and floats to the top in a gritty foam. It also doesn't taste as good. By the packaging it's supposed to be the same stuff as I had in the jar, but it seems much worse.
