There are some items which Target offers for delivery, but not for shipping.

Tipping isn't required, it's an option. It's typically expected for anyone in the service industry and always appreciated
Tipping is not required, but Shipt shoppers only make anywhere from $7-12 for shopping an order that could take an hour or more in total, and it doesn't include their gas used
But not being able to use the shipt promos on shipt website along with your TARGET gift cards when ordering from Target through shipt was just not worth it.
had more problems than good -
( and as noted this promotion has been here a while )
Tips can also kill the promos -
Seems like the business model is flawed if you have to make the case for tipping. Companies should take care of their employees instead of putting their livelihood in the hands of random strangers. Building a living wage into the service needs to be the norm.
