Refurbished should be in the title.

90 day warranty from LG, two years from Allstate.

And unless you're wall mounting this or don't have sales tax in your state, this isn't a deal, IMO. After taxes and buying an OEM stand off eBay, you're close to or over $1400. The Toe is down to $1550 for brand new. $150-$200 savings isn't that slick

I bet most of these are barely used and just fine, but personally I wouldn't risk it for a tv that experiences pixel wear. They have quite a long lifespan, so not really a big deal in most cases, but you could never know what the previous owner actually did with it, maybe they left it on CNN for days and days.

Doubtful, as I haven't seen a single mention of it

Who in their right mind doesn't wall mount a TV like this?

Not sure about that, but I know that 12 bit content is not coming for a long time.

Putting TV's on anything except a wall mount is just a trend that won't die from 25 years ago.

I'm a future proof kinda guy. Current OLED is 6 years old. So was hoping to grab a nice upgrade soon. 12 bit I figure gets me to end of decade haha. Then probably find 8k UST laser projectors for 3k (in 8 years that seems realistic to me).

I picked one up, with the SD extension, seems like a good deal. I don't need the stand anyway.
