In addition to enhanced Wi-Fi speeds, this system also supports multi-user MIMO technology, giving users dedicated pathways to access the network, which helps eliminate bottlenecks within the router. Get the App. Have the first one plugged into your Internet Ethernet cable (this is a router, you don't need a router in front of it), it acts like a router, you now go to the app and walk through the sign in steps, it finds the first router, has you setup the wifi name (ssid) and password, it saves it, reboots, asks if you want to setup more, same process minus the name of the wifi part, as long as they are in range of each other they create a nice mesh network. I've setup in a row before too and they work well. You can even mix and match Deco models on the same network.
