"Created for Macy's" = the same as the "Factory"/"Outlet" stores making cheap garbage to sell to lower-end markets.

" Shell, lining and fill: polyester" = cheap, abundant plastic that is very inexpensive to manufacture.

You really get what you pay for here, folks. Don't buy this cheap plastic nonsense. It is aimed to be a quick sell so it ends up in a landfill soon enough after realizing your mistake.

I bought this for $32 a week or so ago. Great jacket. A little bigger than my small, but it's pretty warm and wind resistance. I wear it to walk my dog at around 40 degree and it keeps me warm.

I got the red one a year or two ago. The sleeves a bit funky, maybe it's just mine. It just seems to kinda "prolapse" a lot and the lining is always sticking out

I bought this for $32 a week or so ago. Great jacket. A little bigger than my small, but it's pretty warm and wind resistance. I wear it to walk my dog at around 40 degree and it keeps me warm.

Warm jacket and looks really sharp. But also sharp is the zipper at the top and itches my neck when not zipped up fully.

I just returned the jackets I bought for 31.99 each. The deal is great but at least for me the XL size ran a little bit small so it was an uncomfortable fit. Thanks OP.

When you say "little bigger than my small" do you mean this runs big for a size small jacket?

I grabbed one from the $31.99 sale a couple of weeks ago. When the XL arrived, I found it ran a little large and there were several strands of string sticking out of the stitching so I returned it. For $28? Seems like it could be okay if you need a spring/fall jacket.

Also gave this a try from the last deal. It's not bad for this price. I wear it to take walks or morning meetings. It does the needful. It strangely fitted for me and my dad. We're both 5'7" Asian.

Thats odd, I saw quite a few reviews on there saying the opposite. Not sure what to believe at this point. Going to skip this one as enough people say this is poor quality. I guess thats why its $28.
