Porting Out
The port-out PIN is no longer 123456, neither is it the 4-digit PIN on your Account Settings page.
You have to call customer service, 833-502-6678, to get the 6-digit Port-Out PIN.
The number to be ported will need to be reachable.

This is another really sneaky thing that Boost is doing to wring money out of people.
Calling in to cancel could take an hour and nobody has time for that

You absolutely can turn off auto pay and not worry about charges going through if you don't want to call care. I do recommend removing your card on file if you do this as you you can never be to careful. After a couple weeks we will automatically close the account. However if you do want to port out you will need to call care.

I had the same issue. After a long trouble shooting session with customer service, I was told that they will send me a new SIM card.
I tried two unlocked iphones and got the same error.

We were made aware that there is an issue with activations currently on my.boostmobile.com which extend back to Monday of last week. Our team here has been working day and night to get this back up and running. Thank you for your patience!

When I check the Boost online account, it has $25.xx due on August 1st. If I cancel the service before that, Do I still need to pay for the balance?
