This looks like a good quality suitcase for a good price. But the dimensions (23.5 Inches H x 15.25 Inches W x 9.75 Inches D) exceed the allowed carry-on size for many airlines. The spinner wheels are very handy but add to the length.

Thanks to this post I grabbed the Med grey for $79.99. Since several airlines now have the 40lb limit I'll pack a smaller bag.

Also some airplanes have slightly shorter luggage bins that a 22" carryon cannot fit vertically. This 20" carryon should have no problem.

This looks like a good quality suitcase for a good price. But the dimensions (23.5 Inches H x 15.25 Inches W x 9.75 Inches D) exceed the allowed carry-on size for many airlines. The spinner wheels are very handy but add to the length.

Thanks for the tip. I called up and was able to have them switch the 33" over to the 28.5"

Great piece of luggage. Got one of these (or very similar) about 6 years ago, has held up perfectly. I've yet to run into an issue with bringing it as a carry on, despite the wheels making it 24 inches.

THIS! United, American, and Spirit airlines max height is 22" They may be fine with it, but the one time they get you, you could be paying a extra fee for gate-check (especially Spirit). Southwest says 24", so you're fine if you mostly fly SWA.

Wouldn't really matter for SWA anyway, since checked bags are free! Unless you are adamant about carry on only.
