I got them for about the same price in summer 2024 during prime days with the warehouse discount.
I bought 3 used pairs: fair, good and like new. All of them were essentially identical in terms of quality with the "fair" actually having the least scratches (which were virtually none on any of them) lmao.
All came with the original box and accessories.
If it's my money, I would buy the "very good" black for $232 unless the color is what you want, then the "very good" tan for $219
To add, the "scratches" all consisted of just very small, completely unnoticeable around the bottom of the outer ring of the cups. My guess is people put the headphones in the case wrong (the left goes on the right and the right goes on the left, facing up) as the scratches are exactly where the two cups would rub on each other if put in the case wrong.
My first pair of these were duds. They often would emit a high pitch whistle due to the ANC not functioning correctly. I went multiple rounds with B&W trying to fix them, but ultimately swapped them with Amazon. Second pair have worked great. There seems to be a high rate of malfunction with these headphones, so know what you are buying.
