That's 11th gen, you really do not want to buy that unless the price makes up the performance difference. Intel really did well with their 12th gen.

Right now if your going high end you want Intel 12th gen, lower price more likely AMD is going to be better performance value. (AMD's current platform is end of life and their new platform is not out yet) Intel 11th gen isn't really something you want to buy right now. (unless it was much cheaper.)
