Bilt credit card offering upto 50000 reward points per year on fee less rent payment
This is not a deal in the sense of slickdeals, but this info has let me earn a lot of reward points so far. I searched a bit and could not see anything on slickdeals; hence, I am creating a post. Please delete the post if this has already been reported.
Bilt credit card partnered with our building for fee less rent payment while I could earn 1x point on rent. This was a no brainer as rent is my biggest expense. Now, Bloomberg is reporting that Bilt has partnered with WellsFargo to offer their credit card and they have opened their fee-less rent payment to everyone (and not only partnering buildings).
Note: 1. Their app is pretty cool, and the claimed point conversion is pretty mind blowing (e.g. 1:1 United miles).

One point per $1 spent on rent paid through the Bilt App with your card account up to a maximum of Fifty Thousand (50,000) points each calendar year. If your rent payment is less than $250, you will earn 250 points for that rent payment. Note, rent payments can only be made to one rental property per month.
Three points (1 base point plus 2 bonus points) are earned per $1 spent on qualifying net purchases at retailers whose merchant code for Mastercard is classified as Dining: eating places and restaurants, drinking places, bakeries, or fast food restaurants (caterers, grocery stores, and other miscellaneous places that serve food or operate restaurants on their premises are not considered eating places and restaurants).
Two points (1 base point plus 1 bonus point) are earned per $1 spent on qualifying net purchases made directly at retailers whose Merchant code for Mastercard is classified as Travel: airlines, hotels, motels, resorts, cruise lines, and car rental agencies (bus lines, passenger railways/trains, taxicabs and limousines, rideshares, ferries, timeshares, travel agencies, online travel sites, real estate agents, vacation rental platforms (e.g. VRBO, Airbnb), campgrounds, boat lease/rental, motor home/recreational vehicle rental, toll bridges and highways, parking lots, and garages are not included).
One point will be earned per $1 spent on other qualifying net purchases.

Mortgage data can already be accessed from the banks. So, opportunities comparatively less in that domain.

So, possible options are
1. Transfer to travel partners.
2. Redeem for activity classes (yoga/soul cycle/boxing).
3. Redeem for some decorative gifts.
4. Redeem on your rent.
(I would never do 3 and 4)
However, do check if there is any limitation on number of points earned if you do not have their credit card. They do have certain criteria to get the 1x point on rent - like use the card at least 5 times in a billing cycle.

So, having owner's data will be one deterring point for owner to be the renter as well (but clearly that can be bypassed without much difficulty). Will have to see how things change going forward.
