It states it very clearly on the features tab of the Birkenstock Arizona Soft Footbed Sandal:

The classic 2 strap birkenstock sandal, now made in a lightweight and waterproof eva, 2 adjustable buckle straps, with a comfort orientated contoured footbed producing a great fit. Perfect for the beach and post leisure activities.
Comfort sandals with adjustable buckles
Birko-Flor upper has a smooth leather-like finish and is lined with a soft fabric for comfort
Anatomically correct cork footbed helps foot health
Synthetic sole
To add to this. There are also different models of the Birko-Flor uppers. One has the traditional leather footbed and another has the fake leather (AKA totally vegan). This one says synthetic sole, so I am assuming this is the vegan one or faux leather bottom. The MSRP for the Birko-Flor models are $99.99. The MSRP for the real leather uppers start usually at $135. That is why many are saying the oiled nubuck ones are the better deals. These listings make it really hard to figure out what you are buying unless you can kind of guess based on photos and existing knowledge of the entire Birkenstock line.

Rose Anvil is one of my favorite shoe reviewers to provide good content on quality of material for different types of shoes. He did a good one to compare low and medium priced knockoffs vs. geniune Birkenstocks (Arizona model). Thought some of you might find this interesting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8f8tvGYRjsg

Okay, my time to shine.

I've sold Birks for 23+ years. at a Birkenstock Specialty Store with Birkenstock in our name.

I can't speak to how Woot got these, as Birkenstock is extremely tight with their distribution and product has been difficult to come by, even for those of us with established accounts and relationships.

https://sport.woot.com/offers/bir...cnt_wp_0_2
This link lists colors that are consistent with the Suede (leather) uppers with a Soft Footbed. This means they take the classic Birkenstock footbed and add a layer of memory foam on top (underneath the suede liner). It's usually $10 more than the classic footbed, is done at the factory, by Birkenstock and is extremely popular, especially for folks who have not worn Birkenstock before. They take a good solid week or two to wear in the footbed and the padding eases that process significantly.

They are Euro sized, but they run BIG and ROOMY. I'm a US 12 in pretty much any brand and I'm a 44 in Birkenstock (which Birk says is 10-10 1/2). It's probably closer to 11-11 1/2 and if your feet are wide, you shouldn't need to size up like you might in regular sneakers.

The other sandals priced at 82.50 appear to all be leather options, with one of the options offering the Soft Footbed (https://sport.woot.com/offers/bir...nt_wp_0_5) and the other offering the classic footbed (https://sport.woot.com/offers/bir...t_wp_0_4).

The 74.99 pricepoint is for the synthetic uppers, which are non-leather (but the colors offered here both still have a suede liner). There's nothing wrong with the synthetic, it's easy to care for and durable as all get out, but it can get a little warmer on hot days, and people tend to prefer leather. It's not a bad option as some people here suggest and you're not silly for saving yourself $10 if it doesn't matter to you.

Birkenstock makes great sandals and provided they are legit, this is a smoking deal.

Anyone have experience buying Birkenstocks from Amazon or Woot? They are not authorized Birkenstock retailers and I have been avoiding buying from them due to the large amounts of fakes (Birkenstock in general and on many products on Amazon). I have been trying to buy some and since these last for so long, I don't mind just paying more to get authentic and the ability to find a good fit (easy to exchange or return). I am a SDer though, so deals are still something I look for instinctively.
I just got a bunch from the official Birkenstock website clearance or "last chance" section. Arizona's $65.

My young sister loves her Birks so I finally tried to see if it's worth it as I wanted a pair to move around the house and outside as well. I got the Birkibuc in size 34 narrow. I thought it would be heavy from the looks but they are actually very light and comfy. I have been wearing mine for about 2 weeks straight with socks and without. Feels better with socks and a bit loose without. The footbed felt weird and not as comfy for the first week but after my feet settle in, they are so comfy!

I have tiny feet so I was able to get them in kid's size for less than $42 from shoes.com. I did researched prior and these do last years....so overall, well worth it.

I have been keeping my eye on that section too. They ran out of my size. I should have ordered last week but I had no clue how good of a deal those were and the scarcity of some of the products until I looked at a bunch of sites.

Don't know how these get so expensive. Paid $9/pair at sams club about 3-4 years ago. Bought 4 pairs and still on the first one. They are well constructed, but why so expensive. They were priced @$59.99 before they went on clearance.

Got two soft oiled leather. Habana and tobacco brown. Hope tobacco is as light as pictures.

Finding regular size Birkenstocks has been increasingly difficult. What's usually on sale at Zappos or 6 PM are the narrow styles. I really hope these are regular as they are labeled. To me, oiled leather is better because it maintains its shape versus nubuck which usually falls down inside the shoe and it becomes a struggle to put it on enough quickly. I've had dozens of real deal pairs. Live in these shoes.

Zappos would not price match for me either. I placed an order with woot, if they are fakes I will just return them.
They aren't fakes. Zappos and Woot are both owned by Amazon. Almost definitely some crossover here in terms of stocking. Woot isn't known for fake or counterfeit items, either.

So Zappos is actually safer to buy vs Woot it seems? Curious id Zappos is one of the authorized seller for Birkenstock? 🤨
That is how it seems. I contacted Birkenstock directly when I was looking to purchase online 2 years ago. I sent several sites to them and they responded on which ones are authorized and which ones were not. Amazon was not authorized while Zappos was authorized.
