I bought the B50 a couple months ago at this price. I mostly used them in the gym with the included bluetooth cable. In less than 30 days the Bluetooth cable stopped working. I tried to just return them, but since they were defective I had to send them back to Westone (On my dime). I wanted to just get a refund, but was told no, and that it would be 5-6 weeks to send them back to me. And I had to send everything back when only the BT cable was defective.
Needless to say, I have a bit of a sour taste in my mouth after the ordeal. And when I found out they were defective I bought a pair of the Sony WF-1000xm4 (Planning to sell the B50s when I get them back). Its subjective, but I prefer the sound of the Sony's on top of the fact that they are so much easier to use.

The BT cable is complete and utter dog****
Honestly I wouldn't be buying these with any expectation or Intention of using the BT cable. The IEM's are what your really buying.
I bought some W40's with the expectation of using a different BT neckband.
I was originally the FiiO BT-LC2 and I absolutely loved it but then it broke so I've been using the FiiO UTWS5 and they have their ups and downs. Mostly software issues that are getting worked on in upcoming firmware.

Saw they are $299 at Adorama again. Not gonna post a thread as I don't believe in them enough, not even at $219, and that CS response is why. I spoke to an asshole there once. maybe the same one you dealt with too.
I've gone through 2x pairs of the 1More triple diver IEM's, bad cables deteriorate after 1-2 years of daily use. Sound on them is unreal though and I need more, anyone try these that also had the 1More?
Same for me on both the 1more wired triple and quad driver earbuds. I love the sound too, but I am not paying that kind of money for less than a year of use.
I use mine daily for the quads, my wife uses the triples.
You would think a Kevlar cable would be durable. 1more replaced them, but still very frustrating to not have them for 3 weeks.

They still sound great to me, though.
