Amazon via Kindle/Comixology has Berserk available for $3.99 a volume in Kindle Edition.
Right now the first 40 volumes are for sale plus the Official Guidebook. Volume 41 is set to be released sometime this summer.
While the passing of Kentaro Miura does mean that the future of the story is uncertain, this is a chance to get nearly the complete set for under $170 (not including tax) in a format that doesn't take up shelf-space.
If you're curious as to how it looks on your device, get a sample and check it out. I have an Oasis reader and it looks pretty good.
