I've ordered 3 different Sony headphones from them and all looked new. No issues so far.
By the way, I didn't get charged taxes so it was $259 flat which if I factor in taxes at about ~10% then they're about $233

I thought I have bought from their Newegg store before, but cant remember what it was. They have been around a while though.
