I've tried various USB drives and various versions of SaUCE but can't seem to get it performing that well. Could be my unit, but just wanted to share that feedback.
My work around is just using it as a standalone joystick with a RPI4 which offers better performance.

Then I picked up the 2stick version for $100 from here the last time it went on sale, thinking "oh this'll be great and we can get 4 people together now"
wrong lol
2 people (me and my son) on the 2stick one is terrible, especially if you've got young kids who spazz about while playing games.
the only things you miss out by buying 2 minis is the trackball and pinball buttons on the side of the control deck
if you want multiplayer fun, just pick up a few $50 minis. i'm buying at least one more, maybe 2.
also need to think about a power usb hub if you are running multiple decks (either dual or mini)
Thanks

If you can live without the trackball, get the two Minis instead. Both are awesome sets once you install CoinopsX.
