I am changing my oil today so this works out great!! I like how you can park back by the Walmart Service Center and bring your old oil in to recycle and enter the store right there and purchase what you need at the auto counter and leave out the auto entrance.

I learned that the high mileage have additive to expand stuff to help with the sealing. So if your car isn't high mileage, it'll cause a bit of excessive wear.

Where did you hear that? Not true as long as it's what the manufacturer recommends, it's more of a "works with all vehicles but higher mileage ones can benefit vs regular synthetic oil"

the high mileage oils have additives geared to high mileage engines like seal conditioning or additional seal conditioning additives. other than the difference in additives the oils are the same between high and "normal" mileage versions.

Got this deal. I had the Amazon one but its delayed for a month. This is way better, got two, with the towels, 10w30 high mileage, and doing the rebate. Stick Out Tongue

Haven't bought it myself, but in another thread I think someone had said that the bundle shows the oil and the shop towels as separate items on your receipt. So it should work fine

It does have additives for seals. But it simply makes them more flexible like they once were. It will not cause more wear.

At Walmart if they have a service center. Oreily's, Autozone, Napa, Pep boys. Basically any autoparts store.

But remember, seals becoming brittle are more a problem of age than mileage.

Been using high mileage oil since they came out with this formula, did my research and NEVER heard about it causing wear. As others have said it contains additional additives like for seal conditioning.
