You're not familiar with DTO are you? LSA applies. Tools are actually new, but apparently for some contractual reason they can't sell them as such. You could always pay $129 for the same saw and same warranty at Home Depot if you love spending more money.
Are you sure? I thought LSA only applied to Blemished tools and not Reconditioned.

Reconditioned tools do NOT qualify for LSA.
Factory blemished tools do qualify for LSA.

Apparently I was mistaken. Still for $48.00 compared to $129, I think it's a no brainier for Ridgid's top of the line (as of a few weeks ago) circular saw.
Yes, despite the unwarranted thumbs down I knew they would sell out fast at that ridiculous price. I already own one, fantastic saw even at full price.

Me and one other person? Is that why you have six downvotes on your comment comically attempting to school someone for "not being familiar with DTO" when you were completely wrong?
2 down votes, you have more than one account. You're pathetic, lol.. Don't be obsessed with me.

Are you sure you're not just upset that the most engagement you received on your "incredible deal" was about how you didn't even know the difference between reconditioned and factory blemished?
