Reconditioned tools do NOT qualify for LSA.
Factory blemished tools do qualify for LSA.

Apparently I was mistaken. Still for $48.00 compared to $129, I think it's a no brainier for Ridgid's top of the line (as of a few weeks ago) circular saw.

They had at least 9 of them when I posted the INCREDIBLE deal the sold out in an hour or so. $48.00 for a brand new (reconditioned, my ass) Octane Brushless Circular Saw? Are you kidding me??? You're just pissed you missed out, lol.
