Past expiration? No. It's on you to make sure your child is in a non-expired car seat.
I even bought slightly more expensive ones and they paid for those.
All I had to do is send them a picture with the straps cut.
They fit 3 across in our Tesla as well as in the 3rd row of our minivan (and 3rd rows are usually narrow).
They're kind of expensive, but I guess 20% off makes it better.

We have the 3 RXT since it offers headrest pillows, but the 3R is fine too. 3R is $189
Keep in mind the Dionos are frustrating if you move carseats around, they are well-built and HEAVY. But the straps are really nice and don't tangle and are easy to latch the kids.
For backless booster they have the Solana and there's a high-back on there, I don't know if they are advertised under Dionos 3-across marketing.
I'm exploring various options. Maybe a belt extender might work? Alternatively, I might move her Radian to the other car, and get a narrower booster. Still trying to figure this out. Thanks.

Insurance companies are definitely looking at the information on car seats and are constantly looking for reasons to deny claims. To your tire pressure example: If the insurance companies could access the system that said your tire pressure monitoring system had notified you of a low tire pressure for several days prior to the accident and the reason for the crash could be determined to be due to that specific tire blowing out because of the low tire pressure, I'm sure they would try to deny as much of the claim as possible. They can't deny based on what they don't know, but if something is clearly identifiable for the insurance company that someone knowingly did something wrong, then it's a safe bet that they're going to try to pass the buck as much as possible using Comparative Negligence.
btw does anyone know how long the 20% off coupon is good for? is it only good for the time of the promotion? or does the actual coupon expire at a later time?
If you have full coverage Insuarnce and have to replace car seats due to an auto claim, yes…they have to offer funds if replacements to get similar seats.
The coupon previously had 2 uses and was good for a few weeks.
