Don't be lazy. I'm sure Target's employees are not going to escort you off the premises for this damn barcode scan. If you're in true need of the coupon then go handle business.

Or do people just buy a good 4-in-1 car seat and buy a stroller separately? Are there adapters that one can use to regain the click-on functionality?
New, overwhelmed parent here with baby on the way soon.

"Children under 2 years of age shall ride in a rear-facing car seat unless the child weighs 40 or more pounds OR is 40 or more inches tall. The child shall be secured in a manner that complies with the height and weight limits specified by the manufacturer of the car seat. (California Vehicle Code Section 27360.)
Children under the age of 8 must be secured in a car seat or booster seat in the back seat.
Children who are 8 years of age OR have reached 4'9" in height may be secured by a booster seat, but at a minimum must be secured by a safety belt. (California Vehicle Code Section 27363.)"
Of course, the rule of thumb is to go with whatever is safest until the child can't fit. On the flipside, the Diono we I had I feel like we were compromising the safety of our kids when they would sit in it due to the age of it. I suppose could have bought another combo/all-in-one or a standard (non-backless) booster... ugh, having second thoughts now.
Most of the Travel systems that i saw only include the Infant Car Seat.
Those usually are good for babies uptoo 1 year of age all depending on the weight and height of your child.
These Infant car seats can snap on and off from the car to your stroller and vice versa without removing your baby from the car seat.
Once your baby outgrows the infant car seat you will need another car seat that will more or less be permanently strapped in your car (this car seat depending on which one you select can last you uptoo 10 years).
BUT the stroller from the Travel system will still be usable for you even after your baby grows out of the "infant car seat".
Mine is about to grow out of the infant car seat.
