The one common denominator I see in shopping for a mattress is that opinions are all over the place. It's like relying on the three bears to review the same mattress; one says too soft, the other says too hard, the third says just right. It makes reading reviews from others a waste of my time. The only sure fire method is to just pick one in the preferred size and then buy and try it, making sure there is an option in place for easy returns.

They sell mattress sized vacuum bags!

The real answer here is that they send someone to pick it up and it usually gets donated to a local shelter

Would never buy novaform. BS customer service and refused to disclose ILD number. Bought it and it was like sleeping on bricks. Their satisfaction guarantee is worthless as they just stop responding. Had to pay someone to bring it back to Costco for refund. It's 14inches of garbage so that they know you can't fit it back into cars for return.

Does anyone know if we can just buy now and ask for adjustment later? I think costco has a 30 day adjustment period right?

How would I return a boxed mattress if I don't like it? There is no way to get it back into a box.

I assume that works only if I order online for delivery. Or does Costco also pickup unwanted mattresses that were purchased in store?
I was thinking about buying it in-store, taking it home, then trying it out. If I don't like it, I doubt Costco is going to pick it up if I go that route.

So I guess to be safe, my only option is delivery, but then I have to wait longer for it to be delivered.
I have never bought a bed-in-a-box, so not sure how I will like these types of mattresses. I just want to make sure I can easily return it if necessary.

I'd think it's the same but I've only had one delivered, they just had someone they contracted to come pick it up and either discard it (if there was an issue) or donate (if it just wasn't liked).

I agree that its kind of hit or miss. I ordered a different Novaform mattress last time it was on sale. Its not firm enough for me and so returned it .
Returns are pretty easy. I left the mattress at front door.
They asked whats wrong with it, took couple of pictures and picked it up

It isn't clear do they haul the old mattress away too? From the room or it has to be placed outside?

Can anyone compare the Novaform to the Casper Select also sold at Costco? I'm about to return the Novaform for sagging on one side about 2 months in. TIA.

Had both. Kept the Casper, better quality and CS. but wait for a sale, Casper tend to go on sale at Costco every few month.

I am about to pull the trigger on this model that's on sale right now. https://www.costco.com/novaform-1...ize%3aking

I am thinking of going with medium firmness.
