A lot of negative reviews when you sort by most recent. Defies the total rating. Interesting.

The Stronger By Science podcast had a recent episode that discussed some of the science of protein digestion and timing for athletes. Casein is only slightly slower digesting than whey. Other sources of protein like egg are much slower comparatively. Studies also seem to suggest that protein timing doesn't matter much at all, only total protein seems to be important (as long as you are getting a few luceine spikes per day).

This does product cause Halitosis? I am looking to change from the plant based powder I use and the price for this is rather attractive but I worry about that "side effect "

Won't touch anything with casein in it. Literally texture of a snot loogie. Not worth any potential "benefits"

Seems about as good as protein deals get these days. Same price and protein/gram as Body Fortress at regular price and BF has 1.5 grams of creatine so I can add less. Im not interested in casein so Im on the fence. I mix with milk so taste isnt a big concern either. TU anyway.
