Surprised to see NSF certification on this product. However, it is NSF category H2 which means no food contact. I've been using CRC Food Grade Silicone for a tenderizer post-cleaning, but it has a very strong smell so was looking for another NSF H1 category product.

Depending on your tenderizer, and the type of lube it wants, is mineral oil (runnier) or coconut oil (more solid) an option?

Not if you have a Home Depot nearby, these run for under 6 bucks. Of course, if you need one and would only be making a trip for that, and have Walmart+ shipping, then maybe it's worth it for an extra 50 cents.

Basically, no, this is regular price.

Considering you save $1.50 on a product that will last you years and years on end…not really no. But considering this isn't a sponsored shady shill deal with a coupon code I don't mind it so much.

Usually these use hydrocarbon solvents (i.e. alcohol / methanol / fuel / etc) to suspend the grease so it can spray.

But if you need a burning sensation to drown out the other burning sensations, go for it.

It should be. I have used other silicone sprays on the chain/rollers/spring.
