I got two of these when there was a deal on Samsung's website. The roller gets easily stuck when cleaning medium pile carpet, even in low suction settings. We have to keep turning it off-on to make it possibly, not always, work. We have a Dyson V8 and this never happens on it. It also doesn't pick up small hairs as we as Dyson. We regret buying it, even the price was really good(close to $100 net each).

Awesome vacuum. We use it 3 times a day sucking up our kid's mess. Also powerful enough for low to medium pile carpet. Good battery life. Having one battery is sub optimal and I would recommend a second.

Are they charging tax on the full before coupon price?

I am in Florida and they are charging $37.15 in tax on $205, which doesn't make sense...
