An i7-1195G7, though, with soldered 8GB is wasteful and e-waste candidate at its finest. An 11th or 12th gen i5 with 16GB makes 100 times more sense but is proof that manufacturers only are concerned with selling more units.
I think you are confusing OLED with QHD or one of the other abbreviations that means a resolution higher than FHD.
That said, the display on this is probably its biggest selling point. OLED displays are beautiful.

Even on HP's product page it's listed as OLED, you can have a look at it here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c07905280. FHD's, QHD, all can be OLED. OLED is a type of panel, an OLED can't be IPS or TN as they're all types of panels. It sure can be FHD.
Next time you try to lecture someone about something, make sure you read up on it first and assess your 2 remaining brain cells before typing and claiming something as "false advertising". Go read up on all that and maybe then we can have a fruitful discussion here.
