It's been brought to my attention that the wording in the title has confused someone.

People you don't know-- pretty easy

have never had a conversation with before- again easy, but to clarify, no one that you have posted with and engaged in convo on the forums.

yet sometimes quote you and have previously sent PM's to you- People who have sent you PM's, you didn't know who they were and chose not to respond.

Pretty easy.
