I had to look up your TV to see what kind of speakers they have. From what I can see its a big attachment like a soundbar and not really built-in speakers. So if what I'm assuming is correct, do tell me if I am wrong, your statement is very misleading. No way can tiny built in speakers in a thin flat screen TV is going to beat a proper or at least decent soundbar.

I wish my C1 had the E8 soundbar! LG really did a good job on that E8. All its really missing is 4k/120

I have the SB36514-G6 which is the previous gen. of this sound bar. It was really great for about a year, and then it did a firmware auto update in the middle of the night and has been crippled for the past 148 days since. No way to roll back the firmware and they haven't released an update. Vizio shares firmware with as many units as they possibly can and repeatedly breaks their products with bad updates. Save the frustration and stay away. Just look at the official channel on Reddit to see all the issues they have.

There must be a way to block the firmware updates perhaps by using your own DNS and blocking access to Vizio sw update servers..still a pain I know bur wondering if thst would help I hate when these companies auto push and it breaks a working system had that with bose QC 35 as well.. nixed their NC after fw update.

These models don't update or have any network connection anyway. The firmware updates go through usb drive.

The issues. Works perfectly now. Highly recommend. Great bang for the buck. I think it was the h52a or something? It's got 2 satellites and sub. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else besides Costco though
