These still die after a couple months right? I had a set when they first came out from Costco and it went DOA after 3 months, wouldn't turn on anymore

no sign of mine dying....i read that about earlier models....am I just lucky on this?! who knows, but it's a great bang for the buck.....can return to costco anytime if it dies...get some cheap speaker stands from Amazon warehouse...love it

Did they finally invent a sound bar worth having? I doubt it. Get a real receiver and speakers and get used to the form factor. it's the only way.

Yeah it sounded good when it worked. Thought I got lucky too but didn't. Vizio CS is awful too best they would offer was a used refurb for a replacement so I gave up and returned to Costco

AFAIK the return window is longer than 90, they initially said it wouldn't be returnable but they called me back right away and said they were mistaken.

Unless you have / used the Costco credit card no 2nd year warranty on Sound bars. I just confirmed this last week with Customer Service. My Costco purchased M series died after 13 months. Hopefully I can get Visa to cover the repair / refund. I'm not a firm believer in extended warranties but if I go with any Visio products in the future I will strongly consider it.
