Deal Details
Get up to $20 back each month on eligible purchases of subscriptions to one or more of The Disney Bundle, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and other participating partners, with your Card. Terms apply.

Enrollment Required

Experience the latest shows, audiobooks, music, news, and recipes. Get up to $20 in statement credits each month when you use your Platinum Card® for eligible purchases on: Audible, Disney+, The Disney Bundle, ESPN+, Hulu, Peacock, SiriusXM, and The New York Times when you purchase directly from one or more of the providers. This can be an annual savings of up to $240.‡

How It Works

To enroll in the benefit, select "Enroll Now" below.

For new subscribers, use your Platinum Card to subscribe to one or more participating partners online directly at www.audible.com, www.disneyplus.com, www.plus.espn.com, www.hulu.com, www.peacocktv.com, www.siriusxm.com, and/or www.nytimes.com/subscription. If you are an existing subscriber who is billed directly by a participating partner, you can begin to enjoy your benefit.

If you already have a subscription and are billed through a third party (like Apple®) you can still receive the credit but you will need to subscribe directly with a participating partner at the then current subscription price. Please see terms and conditions for important information.

Good to Know

To receive the statement credit, you must purchase the subscription through a participating partner's website. If you purchase a subscription through a mobile app, the purchase will not be eligible for the statement credit.

Purchases of prepaid or gift cards from third-party retailers for use at these participating partners are not eligible for this benefit.

Eligible purchases made by both the Basic and any Additional Card Members are covered. However, statement credits for eligible purchases can't exceed $20 on the Card Account per month, for a total of $240 per calendar year.

This seems less useful for something like Disney+, where someone might choose to sign up for an annual plan instead of month-to-month billing.

While that may be true, for some, having an annual paid subscription might be a higher cost having multiple entertainment platforms, whereas here, if your bored with it, you can switch it up month to month or keep it as is. To each their own. I do understand the cost savings you are saying.

Yup, agreed - and I guess even if you do the annual subscription, hopefully Amex will give you the $20 credit for that month.

It's up to $20 per month so I'd have to assume they would.

american express platinum now includes Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ as part of the entertainment package where you can get up to $240 worth of 'free' subscriptions. Worth doing if you have the card and have been holding out for something other than Sirius XM, New York Times or Audible.
