Just a heads up, I couldn't find anywhere that they follow WSAVA guidelines. Might be worth noting as they tend to be the standard when it comes to dog food. Go at your own risk.

They tried to charge me full price too. Luckily I used Privacy with a $30 limit, so their $85 charge didn't go through.

Yeah. Good to see I'm not the only one this has happened to. They charged me full price as well.

First time ever had this happen.

I told them I'd definitely do a chargeback with my credit card if they don't cancel the order. They manually had to readjust the total. It was a $7 order. When I saw the $30 charge in my notifications I couldn't believe it.

Scammy, charged me 4 times with different amounts, Original was supposed to be $24, but charged 3 more= Just Right

I got hit by the issue. They charged me the full amount after "processing" the order. The checkout page clearly had the discounted price when I submitted. Scam?

Got hit by it too. The cash back site I used even has the original amount. They never sent an email confirmation with the order # for the original order but it was listed under my cash back site.

Okay, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are trying to weasel out of refunds/cancelling. I just got an update that my order has shipped (i.e. they generated a shipping label) after I emailed them I was incorrectly charged.

Just got email mine shipped too. I went on and cancelled all future deliveries.

Just got hit with shipping notifications as well. I sent messages earlier through their site submission along with sending emails asking them to cancel. I told them I'd issue chargebacks since it wasn't the original authorized amount. Also provided the original order number that was only for $17.53 (now being charged $37.35 and $36.63, over 4x the amount I authorized them).
