Don't get the flip, fancy phone, horrible battery life. Fanciness wears off, but day to day battery usage is what matters at the end. Need to charge at least 3 times a day with regular usage

I wish I hadn't bought into the iPhone hype. Lesson learnt. Now I have to wait a year and switch back. Apart from the battery if anyone is considering switching I would recommend you use one for a week.

LOL, I'm on the same boat. I read that you can just activated the phone with the google FI SIM and then put the FI SIM away and never put that SIM to any other phone for 120 days to satisfy the condition.

A second method is activating the phone, mine is the S22 Ultra so it has eSim, with Google Fi using the eSIM feature; Then put your say Verizon sim on the physical slot and use it for 120 days.....

So is it possible to buy this, immediately remove the Fi sim and just use your current service for the 4 months until canceled?

Google fi e sim dont work with s22 s21 series. Seems like samsung and google have not figured that out it. You can do opposite and use verizon as e sim.

Ohh.....so it is really in stock and ship right away?
many previous post said gotta wait for 1 month or more......
It depends on the model, like color and capacity. Many of them should be in stock if you order early. There are exceptions like green S22 256GB and maybe some Ultras in 512GB.

ordered s22 and trade-in a S20 5g which was also bought from fi last year. For my case, $25 x4 = $100 for an upgrade. no bad.

FYI, suggestion of how to use google fi. keep your old service, and throw the fi sim in the drawer, never use it again and cancel the service after 4 months.
Remove Fi sim after activation?

then cancelled FI service after the credit condition satisfied. you can watch your $500 progress from fi website.
