I know but given many reports of it still not working and other company having to call boost to manually do it, not sure the below par fi cust service will be able to do that. Can't risk the $500 for $10. Do you know if we have an option of changing port-in number at time of activation (diff from one entered during ordering)
well FYI I just ported mine last week I tried 123456 not work, and called the phone number on reddit and got the PIN then resubmit, it ported without issue took a few hours
Yes you can change the number

thinking of tracfone maybe for $10. anyone port from tracfone?
I'll be porting my number from Tracfone when I receive the S22. My TF line was activated several month ago, so shouldn't be a problem for me. To port out of TF, you'll need to give Fi your TF phone number, name, zip code (in your TF account profile), acct number (which could be the IMEI or the SIM number, text the word FOUR to 611611 to get the last 4 digits of the account number, the Port PIN (not account PIN) which you get by texting NTP (Network Transfer PIN) to 611611. The port PIN has a limited lifetime (24-48 hrs), after that you'll to text NTP again to get a new Port PIN.

That's great. So you can enter any port-in number during order and during activation enter another number?

Is it easy to port using GV? Just input your GV # to port in?
Yes very seamless. No pin required. On GV side, you just pay $3 to unlock the number for porting.

Thanks! My 1 year tracfone expires in a couple of weeks and shipment has been delayed from 05/10 to 5/19, so I'll just port GV and not worry about expired phone #

Can't trust Google on delayed shipments. My S22 order went from 5/3 arrival to 5/11 arrival, to 5/29 arrival. At least they are consistent with delays.

I'll be curious to hear how yours turns out - mine was 5/18, then 5/11, then 6/1, and now it's back to 5/18 again. Hoping that yours is on the way soon!

See attachments for my order status. The message mentioned a delay to 5/11-5/13, but those dates were already shown before the charge for the phone was actually made on 4/30 and a Prepared To Ship status shown on 5/2.

Not sure what "this" is. The refer code can be used with the phone discount. Using the refer code with the Amex promo ($25 credit for $50 spent) will affect your spending amount.
