Don't get the flip, fancy phone, horrible battery life. Fanciness wears off, but day to day battery usage is what matters at the end. Need to charge at least 3 times a day with regular usage

I wish I hadn't bought into the iPhone hype. Lesson learnt. Now I have to wait a year and switch back. Apart from the battery if anyone is considering switching I would recommend you use one for a week.

If I purchase the phone using Chase Ink Cash will it be eligible for the 5% cashback on phone purchases? It seems like an obvious yes, but if the purchase posts as google store credit, then I am not sure it would count. Can anyone speak to this? Also, if I purchase with AMEX promo, will the purchase of the phone itself fulfill the 3x $25 credits as it would be $300 out of pocket and the min spend is only $150 (3x$50 over one or more purchases)? Or will there need to be at least one discrete purchase per $25 credit?

I think when one or more purchases met the $50 minimum, you get one $25 credit and the count starts over with another purchase. So, one purchase of $300 won't trigger 3 x $25 credits.

For anyone considering to order 256gb s22 ultra now, looks like white is the only one readily available.
A snapshot as of today from Samsung's s33 ultra ordering page attached:
Black: May 31
Burgundy: June 6
Green: May 31

Apparently, all colors of 512gb version looks readily available.

On Samsung web site, as of today 5/9 all non-exclusive colors of S22+ 256GB have "get it by May 23". Looks like Samsung reserves the phones for their customers first.

To reassure y'all, ordered April 27 and the whole time it was expected delivered May 10-12. It was still in ordered status this weekend so I had my doubts and called them. They told me to wait until May 12 and call them back so I wasn't convinced at all it was being delivered on time. Today, May 9, it was prepared to ship and then shipped out too. Tracking shows May 10.

When it was "prepared to ship" on 5/2, the est delivery was 5/4-5/7. The next day 5/3 there was a message that there was a delay and the est delivery was pushed back a week to 5/11-5/13. (see attachment). If in the next few days you don't get a delay message, then your order will be shipped on time.
