The SIM Google sent to me was pre-programmed for Account #2 I have, but I ordered Samsung phone using Account #1. I guess that I can't change it, so I need to ask Google to send me another SIM for Account #1. Do you know how I can do that? sincerely,
* Which account (#1 or #2) shows the phone order?
* I don't quite understand what you meant by "the SIM was pre-programmed for Account #2".
* I know nothing about asking for another SIM.
* You can try logging into account #2 and enter the phone number that you want to port in and its account number, PIN, etc. Then activate the phone via the Fi app.

Dear hpham,
thank you so much for your prompt explanation. i can follow all those steps you explained except the account. The SIM Google sent to me was pre-programmed for Account #2 I have, but I ordered Samsung phone using Account #1. I guess that I can't change it, so I need to ask Google to send me another SIM for Account #1. Do you know how I can do that? sincerely,
Remember one of the rules in this deal:

You must activate on the same Fi account used to purchase the phone

Don't mess with that rule or you could end up with the full price of the phone. Activate the right phone for the right account. You can switch the phone numbers around, but not the accounts. Since you haven't activated anything yet, that shouldn't be a problem.

However, I cannot find where I can get the account # and PIN for goole voice.

Other poster who replied to you is right. Account number is just your GV phone number again and pin is voicemail pin.

The account number is the phone number. You have to setup a voicemail pin, which is the port out pin as well.
Thank you for what information is needed for porting out a GV number. It will be good for a future Google Fi offer. So I just need to create a voicemail pin and that will be the Port Out pin? Is that done on the website or it has to be done through the phone's app?

You can do it on the website. You go to Google Voice settings, Calls then turn on Call to Listen under Voicemail. It'll give you a pop-up to create/change a pin.

Shipping situation depends a lot of the model/storage/color of the phone you order. Someone order a black 128GB base S22 last week and I think it was shipped the next day. Someone ordered a green one last week and the estimated delivery date is end of May.

I ordered a black 128GB base S22 on 4/22, it was shipped on 5/9 and delivered by FedEx on 5/11.

I took this one > https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1 fits great.
I also own this one, but it is a bit slippery. > https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...=UTF8&th=1
