It's pretty easy to get free or half off popcorn at AMC. Make different accounts with birthdays each month. Or if you go with friends buy one and ask for your refill. They usually just hand you a second bucket. Just split the cost. Make sure to check the stockholder box in your profile too. We've gotten 4 refills right before going in to a movie, just dumped the bucket into a provided cardboard tray and refill so every kid got their own. The employees honestly don't care and AMC seems to value the popcorn pretty low. I don't feel bad about exploiting their system when they are charging such ridiculous prices for such cheap food.

I think the 50% off popcorn might be one-time use, but the $5 off concessions seems to work multiples times.

Still free candy or a cheap hot dog w/ the $5 off promo. Smilie

Atom messed up when I tried this over the weekend.. It looked perfect in my cart. A free large popcorn and a free movie (bc I was using A-List)

I entered order and the a message saying there was going to be a delay. Then I received a text saying they couldn't process for the showtime and to pick another showtime.

I wound up just using Fandango for the ticket and AMC I used 5000 points for candy. Never had a problem with Atom before and customer service still hasn't replied to my inquiry about this.

I've had similar errors in the past, but they typically go through still. That's odd.

Tried to but 7 tickets with T-Mobile 4 dollar off for sonic. They charge 10 bucks of "convenience fees". Just went to the theater and buy the ticket with no fees. Lame ass platform

Yeah, AMC Stubs Premiere [amctheatres.com] is good to have. I think if you go to the movies enough it pays for itself. Especially handy for the Atom Tickets promos or booking tickets via Fandango to earn $5 credits via the VIP Plus program.

They give you a free large popcorn and drink on your birthday. I earn a bunch of free credits for future ticket purchases.

I have AMC A-List [amctheatres.com] and the fees are waived too. I mainly use Fandango [fandango.com] to buy my tickets, unless Atom Tickets is running a promo. Once I've seen 4 movies I earn $5 credit. Usually can buy free tickets to have someone go to the movies with me.

I was also get some free M&M's w/ my free ticket from A-List.

Not really a slick deal IMHO. Even @ 50% off, the popcorn is still overpriced! I would never pay $10 for $0.25 worth of kernels! $5 could buy you (15)microwave popcorn packs! A slicker deal would be to go eat before you see a movie and then bring your own snacks and drinks if you must have those during a movie! I would never support the concession stands at theaters, they are just pure profit for junk food!

Make sure to checkout via Amazon Pay for an extra $5 off. Popcorn was free for me and others.

Still can use it for $5 of anything else. I use it everytime I use my A-List to get free candy or a snack.

Thank you and repped! Order each ticket separately to
maximize savings. Three tickets, a large popcorn, large drink and large candy was $36 total for me, even after fees. Great deal!
