I haven't used this particular brand before, but I've used this type before. These are great and I always have a controller charged especially if you have the dock.

For something in this price range I would prefer to go with the Microsoft official battery packs. I am always cautious of 3rd part batteries with questionable reviews.

To save a click for those wondering: The charge cable is MicroUSB directly to the battery pack. 5 foot cable. Only ONE MicroUSB cable included for two batteries.

Prefer the Insignia Xbox battery packs from Best Buy more than other 3rd party ones.

I've had better experience with Insignia generics, these are also NiMH (versus lithium ion in the official Xbox play and charge kits), but can charge via USB port on the controller.

Two pack with dock charger is $20 everyday:

My play n charge kit from the original xbone finally died a couple months ago. Since then I've been using some rechargeable EBL 2800mah AA's that I had laying around. They actually work pretty well. The only issue is the volts. Once one of the batteries drops a bit the controller will die even though both batteries still have plenty charge left. I usually just switch out the battery that is lower to keep down on the charges. It will still test green but the volts will be at 1 or under sometimes. I just moved to rechargeable lithiums and so far they are outlasting the NiMh. I believe this is because they are 1.5v and that v doesn't drop as the battery is used unlike the NiMH. Just my experience since the death of the Play n Charge.
