About 60-70$ cheaper than normal. According to 3Cs, lowest price in several years and about 100$ less than it was a the past few months. Not the single hose design. More efficient and more cooling power with a dual hose. This AC also features a heat setting (not great but another feature).

14,000 BTU is about the largest you can get with a 110-120V portable AC. Reviews look good.

Can attest, this is a good buy. I got one used on Craigslist years ago and it's been solid. Also, if you live in a moderate climate and have electric heat, this will be cheaper to heat a bedroom in the winter, but louder of course.

This is the "heat pump" model, so if you don't need the heating function, well this one technically has more "parts to fail" (e.g. reversing valve for refrigerant flow), but at this price, pull the trigger if you need something. You WANT dual hose, and eventually you'll pay back the price difference in electricity vs. a single hose (will probably take years though, depending how much you use it).
