The only thing I will say is if you're a Kohls card holder you can get it as low as $199 with discounts etc.
Pros: It cleans well, better than the steam cleaner I had before it at least. Easier than a mop for sure. However, anything stuck on will require precleaning or maybe a few seconds more in that spot.
The bad:
It will alway leave an edge of about 1.5 inches on either side untouched, and a few inches in front. For me, that meant it basically won't do stairs. Also, it leaks dirty water if you carry it somewhere. I never can get the app to connect on 2 different android phones and I'm quite tech literate. Also, the cleaning on it is a pain. The fact that the roller is self cleaning is kind of irrelevant when you have to take it out after, rinse it, squeeze it dry and wipe the area around the vacuum where the roller is every time you use it. Also you clean the dirt bucket, filter, garbage collector as well... Twice.
Because of this I use it for a full floor cleaning but would never use it for a spill. Easier to do that by hand.
Fyi, this model is 2 generations back. There is a s3 and the latest is the s5
