Also, although only one $20 coupon can be used per order, you can place multiple orders and use the $20 coupon on each order. So ordered 2 panels this way.
Now I got to think about how to use them. Is it better to put them in series or parallel? For now, I just have a low end Jackery power station to charge and one panel is enough for this, but am thinking of getting a higher end power station later.

From reading past comments on this deal, I think the seller might slowly reduce the value of the coupon until it is back at full price.

Edit: I was correct in that the coupon price changes and goes down as panels are sold.
The next morning after I posted this comment it went down to $15.
I checked on it again just now and it shows $10 off. I would recommend bookmarking it and checking it every day or so because I think this is going to be a theme for the seller.
